Your Real Geeks website is a personally branded website that features a real-time connection to your MLS board.

When a visitor looks at a property on the website, they will be prompted to sign-up.

Their contact information will be immediately stored for you in the Lead Manager.

This means you can now track all of your lead's activities through the website, establish lines of communication with your contacts, and engage with more of your database.

To initiate the setup of your website visit home.realgeeks.com.

Enter your primary email address and Real Geeks password to login.

If you need help accessing your account, click "Forgot your password".

Once you're logged in, select "Edit Website" to open the website Backend.

Perform the initial setup of your Real Geeks website through our eight-step Website Wizard.

This is a one-time setup tool that will take you through the process of adding essential elements to your website.

Once completed, the Wizard will automatically place all of your information on the website.

After completing the Website Setup Wizard, the details on the website can be updated at any time.

A Lead Manager is a database that helps you store your lead's contact information, track

your lead's website activity, and develop stronger consistency in your lead communication.

The Lead Manager, which is referred to as a CRM, is automatically connected to your website.

This means when a potential lead signs up on your website their contact information is immediately stored for you in the Lead Manager.

To access your Lead Manager visit leads.realgeeks.com.

Enter your primary email address and Real Geeks password to login.

During your first visit to the Lead Manager, all new users will be taken through our five-step, Lead Manager Wizard.

Some of the tasks you'll accomplish here include:

Streamline email communication by syncing your email with Real Geeks.

Never miss an appointment by connecting Real Geeks to your favorite online calendar.

And download the Lead Manager mobile app to take your leads on the go.

After completing the Lead Manager Wizard, maintain your momentum and begin setting up the essential tools of the Lead Manager though our Setup Checklist.

Some of the tasks you'll accomplish here include:

Enable the texting tool to send and receive text messages through Real Geeks.

Upload your database to the Lead Manager giving your leads access to your website.

Deliver automated messages that are designed to drive traffic back to your website.

Select "Do it" to perform any task in your checklist.

Use the "More" button to get access to our help and support guides for any assistance.

Use a checkmark to track your progress.

Close the checklist by using the "Set and close" button.

Access the checklist again by using the Lead Manager navigation menu.
