Now that you have MLS approval, kick start your success - get your website launched as soon as possible by completing the following steps. View the details of each step below to learn more. Questions? Email us at onboarding@realgeeks.com

Step 1: Kick-Off Call
Typical time to complete: 30 mins*

Connect with an onboarding advisor to discuss your MLS approval, training opportunities, and schedule your website launch.

Your onboarding advisor can answer any questions you have to help get you up and running as soon as possible.

Your Kick-Off call is typically scheduled during your sign-up process. Please contact us if you are unsure of your Kick-Off call date.

 

 

Step 2: MLS Approval
Complete: if confirmed by Real Geeks Onboarding

MLS Approval is required to display listings on your website. If Real Geeks Onboarding has confirmed your MLS approval, you have completed this step and can now launch your website.

You will need a domain name in order to launch your website.

 

I need help getting a domain name
Be sure to complete your Kick-Off call and website setup before launching your website.

 

 

Step 3: Website Setup
Typical time to complete: 25 mins*

You are working with a third-party professional to set up your website. You will need to submit information to your site designer so they can begin work on your website.

Follow the instructions provided during your Kick-Off call to submit your website information to your designer as soon as possible.

 

I need help with the information form
Third-party site set up typically takes 5 business days to complete after your information has been submitted (time will vary depending on third-party set up add-ons). Please submit your information as accurately as possible to prevent delays.

 

 

Step 4: CRM Setup
Typical time to complete: 30 mins*

While your website is being set up, set up your CRM: From leads.realgeeks.com complete Setup Wizard and Customization Checklist

Once your CRM is set up, upload and organize your contacts with help from our suggested interactive training:

 

 

 

Step 5: Website Launch
Typical time to complete: 15 mins*

Make your website available to the public with assistance from a member of our team during your Go Live call.

You must have MLS approval before going live. Once you have been approved, if you would like to launch your website on your own, contact us for instructions.

Your Go Live call is typically scheduled during your Kick-Off call. Please contact us if you are unsure of your Go Live call date.
